Shaun Kamler

Throughout his career, Shaun has been driven by a simple belief: great businesses are built by creating better outcomes for clients, people and communities. That belief has led him to work at the intersection of strategy, technology and transformation, helping organisations grow while staying connected to the people they serve.

At BlueRock, Shaun is focused on helping the business grow at scale while preserving the culture, client focus and sense of purpose that make the firm unique. He's passionate about creating an environment where people can do their best work and where ambitious businesses can access the advice and support they need to thrive.

Working with SMEs and founders is personal for Shaun. His grandfather started a family business, he understands the ambition, resilience and hard work that go into building something from the ground up, and he's passionate about helping other business owners achieve the success they're striving for.

Beyond BlueRock, Shaun is committed to creating positive social impact through business and philanthropy. He serves as Chair of the Be BlueRock Foundation and Chair of The Funding Network Australia, helping connect people, ideas and resources with organisations delivering meaningful change in the community.

Shaun lives in Melbourne with his wife and two children, who keep him grounded and provide a healthy reminder that not every problem needs a strategic plan.

When he's not working, you'll usually find him on a bike, in the gym, on a golf course or out walking. He's a passionate cyclist who's ridden a few stages of the Tour de France, a firm believer that most problems can be solved through good conversation, and he's never far away from a bowl of pho or a scoop of ice cream.
